Hello! My name is Erin (she/her), and I’m accepting new clients. In my practice, I meet every client with authenticity, curiosity, empathy, and compassion. I believe we are all complex human beings, and every emotion we feel exists for a reason. I help teens and adults navigate general and performance anxiety, grief, burnout, and life transitions. I also support those facing medical trauma and illness (patients, caregivers, and providers). Using a person-centered mix of IFS, MBCT, and Reality Therapy, I offer practical tools to process change. I provide a safe space to be heard, manage overwhelm, build resilience, and reconnect with hope.
