Kiera Reynolds is a compassionate and client-centered therapist who brings a rich blend of experience with varied populations and settings to her work. As a mental health therapist and social worker, Kiera has supported clients across the lifespan—from young children to adults—navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and systemic issues. She has a Master’s degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and a strong foundation in both social work values and ethical guidelines for clinical mental health care. Kiera has previously worked in an outpatient mental health clinic, a residential treatment facility for adults with co-occurring disorders, a hospital, and other community-based settings. She has experience working with families who are involved with child protective services and/or dealing with mental health concerns related to adoption, foster care, and kinship care. Kiera has a special interest in working with individuals and families dealing with immigrant/refugee issues, cultural concerns, women's issues (including perinatal mental health), spiritual/religious concerns, mood disorders, child and adolescent mental health issues, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, parenting issues, chronic medical conditions, attachment-related issues, and trauma/PTSD. Kiera is also a fluent Spanish speaker who has extensive experience with Latinx/Hispanic populations and is a dedicated advocate for Latinx immigrants. Her commitment to social justice and cultural humility is at the heart of her clinical work. She can provide therapy in both English and Spanish and is passionate about supporting Latinx individuals and families through culturally affirming mental health care. Kiera is trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, anti-impression/anti-racism approaches, and attachment theory. Currently, she is open to working with individuals ages 6 - 60 years old and families. Her therapeutic style integrates empathy, cultural responsiveness, a strengths-based approach, and collaboration to help clients build resilience and work towards their personal goals. No matter what kind of client she is working with, Kiera strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
