Introduction

My ideal clients are adults and couples who may feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or unsure of what comes next. They may be navigating depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, or difficulty regulating emotions. I help clients understand the systems and experiences that shaped them, build practical skills, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful change through a collaborative, supportive, and individualized approach. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, Gottman, IFS, and narrative exposure therapy to create therapy that is practical, reflective, collaborative, and tailored to you. You do not have to arrive in therapy with everything figured out. You can come as you are—overwhelmed, curious, guarded, hopeful, or simply ready for something to change. I offer a warm, honest, and supportive space where humor, reflection, practical tools, and genuine collaboration can help you feel lighter, stronger, and more confident moving forward.
