I believe therapy is a space where you should feel understood, gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, and develop the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are while working toward meaningful, lasting change. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Bowling Green State University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of Akron. My clinical background includes working with individuals 13+, couples, and families from diverse racial and sexual orientation backgrounds navigating a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions. I also support couples and families experiencing relational distress, communication difficulties, infidelity and betrayal trauma, and recurring patterns of conflict. My therapeutic approach is holistic, strengths-based, and hands-on. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and experiential interventions. I am available for in-person appointments in Rocky River, and Telehealth throughout Ohio.
