Introduction

My name is Aaron Benjamin, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I began my career in the mental health field as a life skills instructor after receiving my bachelor's degree in psychology from Ball State University. After working as a skills instructor for 3 years, I made the decision to go back to school at Christian Theological Seminary and obtained my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My areas of focus include working with anxiety, depression, and trauma with individuals and families. Working from a systemic framework, I believe that healing is largely a relational process, and welcome my clients to include anyone they believe to be relevant to their presenting concern in services.
