My journey to becoming a mental health provider began with an early realization that mental health and emotional well-being can affect anyone, regardless of socioeconomic status. I’ve worked with a wide range of populations, including but not limited to individuals from impoverished communities, members of the 1%, and those with developmental disabilities. These experiences have taught me that emotional distress is a universal part of the human experience, and has shaped my approach to therapy, allowing me to specialize in solution-focused, empowering care. I strive to provide adults from all walks of life with the support they need to overcome challenges and live their best lives. I specialize in helping adults ages 18–64 who feel lost, stressed, unsure about the future, worried about the world around them, or struggling with anxiety. My mindfulness-based, solution-focused approach empowers clients to build the skills and tools they need to face challenges and find purpose in overcoming hardships. Many clients come to me feeling stuck and overwhelmed, but they leave with greater confidence, resilience, and the ability to solve problems independently, even after therapy.
