Introduction

Hey there! I’m Aaron — the person behind Aeros Mental Health. I’m a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and a nationally certified clinician offering down-to-earth telehealth therapy for adults. Since 2015 I’ve worked in therapeutic settings, including co-occurring residential and outpatient programs, and I’ve been licensed in PA since 2024. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or cold. I bring warmth, curiosity, and, when it fits, a sense of humor—because growth often comes easier when we can be real, human, and even laugh along the way. At the same time, I hold space for the more challenging life experiences, so you can feel supported in both the serious and lighter moments of your journey. Therapy with me is about curiosity, clarity, and creating something meaningful — in addition to symptom relief. I specialize in helping adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. My approach is integrative because one size does not fit all. Together we’ll focus not only on relief from symptoms but also on building strengths, honoring identity, and creating tools for coping with life’s stressors. Therapy is about movement, not perfection. Let’s take the next step together.
