Introduction

Walking Alongside You on the Journey to Insight and Renewal Taking the step to enter therapy requires immense courage, especially in a world where the stigma surrounding mental health remains very real. As a therapist with 26 years of clinical experience, my primary goal is to establish a strong, collaborative alliance that provides you with a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental space. I believe that therapy is an opportunity to explore your past, relinquish patterns that no longer serve you, and build the insights necessary to discover alternative ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with culturally diverse individuals across all age ranges and in nearly every clinical setting—including hospitals, correctional facilities, schools, community agencies, and private practices. This broad background allows me to practice as a true integrative therapist. By blending evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Collaborative, Experiential. and other models, I tailor our treatment plan to your unique life story and goals. It would be my distinct honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your path toward healing and self-discovery. I hold a Master of Science in Education in Counseling and Clinical Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, complemented by extensive post-graduate clinical training. I am dually licensed as an LPCC and clinical supervisor in Minnesota and an LPC in Wisconsin, alongside holding a National Certified Counselor (NCC) board certification. I welcome the opportunity to support your growth.
