Dr. Sardell was Director of The Counseling Center in the Berkshires, a community counseling center which provided psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. As an intern at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA. Dr. Sardell attended trainings with luminaries in the field of family therapy. Dr. Sardell has extensive experience working with couples and families in addition to patients experiencing difficulty with anxiety and depression. He was most recently a clinical psychologist and faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Connecticut Health Center. There, he provided direct clinical care, supervised psychiatry residents, and taught seminars on mindfulness, family therapy and clinical hypnosis.
