I became a therapist because I know what it is like to feel stuck in a body and mind that do not feel like your own. Early in my adult life, I realized that my "normal" was exhaustion. That realization sent me on a nine-year journey to understand how the body's natural rhythms shape our emotions, memory, and physical performance. I learned that when our biology is out of sync, everything suffers: mood, focus, resilience. When we align with it, everything becomes possible. That understanding shaped how I practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) with a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Trauma-Focused CBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing with a specialization in Circadian Rhythm-Informed Therapy. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, anger, depression, trauma, ADHD, sleep issues, and life transitions. I believe sustainable healing happens when we attend to the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in the belief that your biology is not broken. It just needs the right rhythm. If you are ready to move beyond talk and begin the real work of healing, I am here to walk with you.
