I've been working in substance use counseling since 2021, supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups through some of life's most challenging moments. My experience spans family and individual counseling, court evaluations, and interventions—with strong partnerships throughout our local community and court systems. I work with clients across the lifespan, from young adults to elders, and I'm genuinely committed to meeting people where they are, whether that means Christian counseling aligned with conservative values or supporting those in alternative lifestyles. I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, anger management, codependency, and attachment issues, drawing on evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems work. I also provide DOT evaluations and intervention services for families navigating loved ones' substance use. Both telehealth and in-person sessions are available, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
