The name Becoming Ever Free comes from John 8:36: “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” It reflects my belief that true healing and freedom come when we combine faith with practical, evidence-based tools that help us walk in wholeness. I created Becoming Ever Free out of a deep passion to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families who long for healing, hope, and freedom. My own journey, both personally and professionally, has shown me the beauty of transformation when people are given a safe, compassionate space to process their stories. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in Texas, my work focuses on helping clients navigate trauma, relationship struggles, and emotional pain. I primarily integrate Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches, while drawing from other models to fit each client’s unique needs. My goal is not to “fix” people, but to help them rewrite painful chapters, strengthen connections, and discover the resilience and freedom already within them. Life can feel overwhelming when disconnection or old wounds weigh heavily on your spirit. You do not have to carry it alone. At Becoming Ever Free, you will find a space for hope and wholeness, where your voice is valued, your story is honored, and your healing journey is supported with compassion and care. Whether you are rebuilding trust, navigating trauma, or learning new ways to connect with yourself and others, you do not need to have it all figured out before you begin. Faith has played a central role in my own story, and for clients who desire it, I offer Christian counseling in a respectful, nonjudgmental way. For others, therapy remains a safe, secular space to grow, heal, and thrive. No matter your beliefs or background, this is a place where you can be seen, heard, and supported as you take the next step toward freedom and wholeness.
