Introduction

You’re not here for surface-level therapy. Neither am I. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist in Greenville, SC, and I believe there’s usually a reason we feel the way we do. Anxiety, disconnection, people-pleasing, shutting down, overthinking, getting stuck in the same relationship patterns, they don’t happen in a vacuum. That’s why I look at the whole picture: your relationships, your family history, the roles you learned to play, the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself, and what your body might be holding onto My approach is warm, curious, systems-focused, and trauma-informed. I pull from Bowenian Family Systems, IFS, EFT, and attachment-based work, but therapy with me isn’t about throwing clinical jargon at you or giving you a list of coping skills and sending you on your way. We get curious about what’s underneath. We connect the dots. We figure out why certain patterns keep showing up, and what it might look like to actually change them. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, eating and body image concerns, relationship struggles, infidelity, attachment wounds, boundaries, identity, and major life transitions. There’s room here for the heavy stuff, the weird stuff, the humor, and everything in between. The goal isn’t to become a “better” version of yourself. It’s to understand yourself deeply enough to build a life and relationships that feel more connected, grounded, and genuinely yours!
