At Fletcher Valley Counseling, I work with adults navigating life’s most challenging seasons—whether it’s trauma from the past, transitions in the present, or anxiety and depression that make it hard to move forward. I believe healing is possible when we’re given the space to be seen, heard, and accepted, and I count it an honor to hold that space for my clients. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle yet deeply transformative framework that helps us understand the different parts of ourselves—those that are hurting, protecting, or longing for connection. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Many of the people I work with feel stuck or disconnected, whether from others, from God, or from their own sense of self. Together, we’ll work to gently reconnect these parts, process what feels overwhelming, and restore a sense of wholeness, clarity, and inner peace. As a Christian counselor, I also offer faith-integrated therapy for clients who desire to bring their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process. Whether you’re questioning your path, seeking deeper meaning, or trying to reconcile faith and pain, I welcome those conversations with compassion and respect. I offer telehealth therapy to clients across Arkansas, allowing you to access consistent, high-quality care wherever you are.
