Introduction

At Fletcher Valley Counseling, I work with adults navigating life’s most challenging seasons—whether it’s trauma from the past, transitions in the present, or anxiety and depression that make it hard to move forward. I believe healing is possible when we’re given the space to be seen, heard, and accepted, and I count it an honor to hold that space for my clients. My therapeutic approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle yet powerful framework that helps us explore the parts of ourselves that are hurting, protecting, or longing for connection. Many of the people I work with feel stuck or disconnected—from others, from God, or from themselves. Together, we’ll begin to rebuild that sense of wholeness and peace. As a Christian counselor, I also offer faith-integrated therapy for clients who desire to bring their spiritual beliefs into the counseling process. Whether you’re questioning your path, seeking deeper meaning, or trying to reconcile faith and pain, I welcome those conversations with compassion and respect. I offer telehealth therapy to clients across Arkansas, allowing you to access consistent, high-quality care wherever you are.
