Introduction

I am a passionate perinatal therapist, wellness educator and advocate, and mom of three. I help pregnant, postpartum, and seasoned moms prepare for the emotional, physical, and mental load of motherhood—so they can feel less overwhelmed, more supported, and more at ease in their daily lives. Maybe you are pregnant for the first time and anxiously prepping for childbirth, or you have no idea what to expect in the postpartum period. Maybe you're newly postpartum and feeling like the exhaustion will never end. Or maybe you're busy bouncing from activity to activity with your kiddos and find yourself wondering when you'll have time to do something for you in this busy phase of motherhood. Whichever perinatal stage you fall into, I am here to support you. I have over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist and am certified in perinatal mental health, with additional training in yoga and integrative health to better serve my clients in both mind and body. My approach is rooted in both professional expertise and personal experience—I’ve walked this road myself, and it’s what led me to this work that I love so deeply.
