Introduction

My private practice in the Tri-Cities area will be opening in May 2026. I’m a Tri-Cities, WA-based therapist-in-training who believes deeply in the power of connection and relationships to foster healing, growth, and resilience. After seven years as an educator working closely with children and families, I felt called to support people in a more relational and emotionally attuned way. This led me to pursue a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, where I’ve focused on helping individuals and couples understand themselves and their relationships more deeply. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an attachment-based approach that helps clients identify patterns that keep them feeling stuck and move toward greater emotional safety and connection. I integrate Emotionally Focused Individual and Couples Therapy with elements of Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care. I take a collaborative, experiential approach, slowing things down and making space for emotions that may feel difficult, confusing, or hard to access. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and life transitions. I am an affirming therapist who welcomes clients of all genders, sexual orientations, cultures, faith backgrounds, and relationship structures, including monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamorous, queer, blended, and chosen families. My hope is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported as you work toward deeper self-understanding, more secure relationships, and meaningful, lasting change.
