Introduction

I believe our relationships shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. When something feels off, whether within yourself or with someone you care about, it can be confusing, overwhelming, and hard to untangle on your own. I offer in-person therapy for individuals and couples in the Tri-Cities, WA area who feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, shutting down, or reacting in ways that don’t feel like them. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening underneath, and begin to shift these patterns so you can feel more clear, steady, and connected. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in understanding the emotional and relational patterns that keep you feeling stuck. I draw from attachment-based and experiential therapies to help you feel more secure in yourself and more connected in your relationships. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and a range of identities and relationship structures. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported as you move toward meaningful, lasting change.
