Our relationships shape us in profound ways. They’re often where our deepest hurts are formed—and where meaningful change becomes possible. Relationships can be beautiful and deeply fulfilling, and they can also be incredibly challenging. At times, our closest connections unintentionally activate old wounds or familiar patterns we may not yet recognize or understand. As a PACT-trained couples therapist, I bring deep attunement and curiosity into the room to help identify tender spots and the underlying dynamics beneath them. I create a space where partners can truly see and hear one another, fostering safety, security, and reconnection. I offer a space where both partners can feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward breaking old patterns and building a more secure, connected relationship. Together, we work to break out of old patterns and get you back on the same team. In both individual and couples therapy, I help clients access levels of self-awareness that may not yet feel available. Grounded in attachment and relational theories, we explore recurring themes, cycles, and emotional patterns to bring clarity, insight, and forward movement—all within a supportive, collaborative space.
