Introduction

With a curious and compassionate lens, I work with queer adults navigating life transitions, identity, anxiety, sexuality, and relationships. I am passionate about supporting folks in building community, recognizing their emotional experiences, and processing individual and collective trauma. The historic and profound resilience of the queer community continues to inspire me within and beyond therapeutic spaces. As a queer and nonbinary clinician, I deeply believe in the power of being truly seen as your whole self and reveling in the freedom to show up imperfectly. My approach is reflective and collaborative, using encouragement, humor, and a non-judgmental space to accompany you in your healing journey. Through cultivating and emphasizing your current strengths, we will identify unhelpful patterns and build personal confidence and adaptability as goals shift.
