Introduction

I know adulting can feel overwhelming—the overthinking, the anxiety, the pressure to have it all figured out. I work with young adults and adults navigating exactly these challenges: anxiety, ADHD, OCD, autism, trauma, life transitions, and everything in between. Whether you're in college, starting your career, or simply trying to make sense of this stage of life, I'm here to help you understand yourself better and build practical coping skills. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused work—tailored to what actually works for you. I provide a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are, and I'm affirming of LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
