I believe therapy is a deeply personal and unique experience, because no two people move through life in exactly the same way. At the heart of my work is the belief that we are all human, and sometimes we simply need a space where we can feel fully seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I try to bring genuineness, warmth, curiosity, and compassion into the therapy room so that you can show up as your whole self—not just the parts that feel easy to talk about. I enjoy meeting clients in all walks and seasons of life, with a primary focus on the perinatal population and supporting women throughout the journey of motherhood. As a mom myself, I have a special appreciation for how beautiful, complicated, exhausting, and transformative motherhood can be. I also enjoy working with couples as they navigate the transition into parenthood and find ways to reconnect and strengthen their relationship after having a baby. My approach is holistic, meaning we may explore your emotions, thoughts, relationships, values, identity, experiences, and the different parts of life that have shaped who you are. I believe there is something meaningful about the full human experience—the joy, grief, uncertainty, growth, connection, and everything in between. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to create a therapeutic experience that feels authentic and meaningful to them.
