I've been working with children and families since 2003, and I founded Hope Development because I believe families can break cycles that keep them stuck. As a Marriage and Family Therapist and American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) approved supervisor, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complex dynamics that arise when people live together. I'm particularly passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and understanding how neurodiversity shapes family relationships. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family and Marital Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Emotionally Focused techniques—tailored to meet you where you are, whether you're a toddler, teenager, adult, or elder. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept most major insurance plans. I'm not currently accepting new clients, but I'm happy to discuss your needs or provide referrals to trusted colleagues.
