Introduction

I enjoy working with people from a deeper perspective of meaning and purpose. Helping people integrate the whole story of who they are is an integral part of how I work. I use a variety of techniques in partnership with each person. This can range from altered states of consciousness, deep meditation, somatic-based interventions, and mindfulness. My hope for each person is they can come back to who they are and their own innate power housed in their soul. There are other great therapists, who work with me at Tillery Time Counseling and support people in discovering their own healing journey from an embodied perspective.
