Introduction

I have a sincere appreciation for being the Human others feel safe, heard, and seen by. I believe in building a genuine rapport and authentic connection for your authentic Self to feel valued and supported. My approach is person-centered, yet integrative, focusing on your unique values, personal experiences, and the inter-connectedness of your mind, body, and spirit. I am known to draw from a variety of evidence-based and holistic frameworks, including acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, the Enneagram, logotherapy, inventories, and psychoeducation. I help clients step inside themselves to gain deeper self-awareness, better understand and manage their emotions, and reconnect with their inner world. Together, we work to break through deep-rooted, unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns, cultivate mindfulness and intention in daily actions, and increase resilience. My goal is to support you in reclaiming trust in yourself and your ability to navigate Life. Recognizing the quiet power within your thoughts, feelings, and choices can bring meaningful clarity and healing. As you begin to understand yourself more deeply, space opens for growth, connection, and a renewed sense of wholeness. You are worthy of that understanding and of being truly seen and known by others.
