Introduction

Hi, I'm Abi! I'm a lesbian, chronically ill, neurodivergent, former mormon, cis woman. I have been working as a therapist for over a decade in disaster mental health, community mental health, educational, and private practice settings. I specialize in working with and supporting young adults who are navigating the impacts of traumas big or small which happen in families, in romantic relationships, in schools, in churches, and in society more broadly. Anything that has happened to you that you feel stuck with, that impacts your behavior, or that often replays in your head I work to heal with you. I especially like to use EMDR and LENS; tools proven to help your nervous system and brain to heal. I firmly believe that you can feel better and I want to help you to be able to engage in your life in ways that feel authentic and bring you joy.
