Introduction

Hi! My name is Abigail (she/her) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 5 years of experience working with kids, teens, and young adults. I currently see kids ages 10 years old and up, teens, and adults. Are you experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed or stressed? Are you going through a big life transition and are ready for change but are unsure of how to start or how to navigate this? Life can be messy and hard, and this can also come with the opportunity to re-write your story and create a new pattern for yourself. These challenges are often a signal to you that you are needing something to be different. I can work with you to use new tools such as writing and narrative based therapy, coping strategies, and talk therapy to support you through these changes and build new pathways for your brain to find peace and healing. I use an eclectic approach including treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, mindfulness and meditation, and journaling in my practice.
