Introduction

My ideal client is someone wanting to overcome their trauma and anxiety. I work with teens and adults who are willing to show up honestly, messy parts and all. They may feel overwhelmed by life, anxiety, or depression, but they want growth. As a Christian, my faith shapes who I am, and I’m open to thoughtfully incorporating Jesus into counseling when it’s meaningful and desired by the client. My goal is to walk with clients as they pursue lasting change and become the healthiest version of themselves. I use EMDR, CBT, and Micro Current Neuro Feedback.
