Introduction

Hello, I am Abigail Carroll, but you can call me Abbey. I made the decision to become a therapist in my 30's due to being in therapy myself as a young. I realized how much therapeutic support help me to change my view of myself, my environment, and behavior patterns that were harming myself and others. I have experience in trauma, depression, and anxiety. I specialize in BPD, Narcissism and its abuse to others, Women's health and life changes, DID and dissociative disorders, ADHD at all life stages, and offer virtual or in person sessions. My focus is to tailor therapy to the needs of the individual and can offer alternative therapeutic support if it is beneficial to my clients.
