I show up as my authentic self in the counseling room—warm, relational, and genuinely present—because I believe that realness matters in therapy. As therapist, I work with young adults, adults, and older adults in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce, and life's most challenging transitions. I'm deeply committed to affirming LGBTQIA+ identities and supporting women through their unique struggles. My approach blends evidence-based methods like EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with the art of human connection and a very person-centered approach. I meet you where you are—sometimes with practical tools, sometimes with humor, always with compassion. Whether you're processing past wounds, navigating relationship changes, or finding your footing in a new chapter, I'm here to help. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept Aetna, Humana, Medicare, and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Georgia. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to work with you.
