Welcome to our counseling center, where your emotional well-being is our highest priority. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to guiding you through life's challenges with compassion and expertise. At R&R Counseling, we believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to the person sitting across from us. Our clinicians work with clients of all ages, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling for concerns such as trauma and PTSD, anxiety, personality disorders (OCPD, Avoidant, Borderline, Schizoid), depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, identity exploration, emotional regulation, and more. Our team draws from trauma-informed, attachment-based, psychodynamic, IFS, AEDP, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches to create treatment that fits each client’s unique needs, goals, and story.
