I’m a bilingual psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals living with bipolar disorder and related mood concerns. I understand how overwhelming mood fluctuations can be, not only for the person experiencing them but also for their relationships, work, and daily life. My goal is to help you recognize your patterns, develop practical strategies, and build the skills needed to live a more stable, fulfilling, and balanced life. Along with my specialization in bipolar disorder, I also work with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I provide a compassionate space for clients from diverse cultural, spiritual, gender, and sexual identities, as well as for healthcare professionals and first responders navigating stress and burnout. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Psychiatric Therapist at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where I’ve gained strong expertise in complex mood disorders. I believe that with the right tools and support, bipolar disorder does not have to define your life. Therapy can be the starting point for growth, stability, and resilience. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to work with you.
