Introduction

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and founder of Zehn Therapy, specializing in eating disorders, body image concerns, and co-occurring mental health challenges in adolescents and adults. My experience across residential, intensive, and outpatient treatment settings has shaped my belief in compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based care. I specialize in treating anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and related concerns, along with body image, perfectionism, and self-esteem challenges. My approach integrates CBT-E, CBT-AR, FBT, ACT, and DBT-informed interventions to meet each client's unique needs. I believe recovery is about more than reducing symptoms. My goal is to help clients understand underlying patterns, develop healthier relationships with themselves, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives beyond their struggles.
