Introduction

I'm Ada, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's and perinatal mental health. My background as a postpartum nurse taught me that pregnancy, loss, fertility challenges, and the postpartum period bring emotions that are often hard to name—and you shouldn't navigate them alone. I create a judgment-free space where you feel truly seen and heard, whether you're managing anxiety, depression, relationship shifts, or the identity changes that come with major life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Interpersonal Therapy, alongside medication management when appropriate. You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out; sometimes the first step is simply having someone to listen. I offer telehealth appointments and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you.
