I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, evidence-based care, and a holistic understanding of mental health. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. I believe that healing happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to reconnect with themselves. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. I have a special interest in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, self-esteem concerns, and women's mental health, including PCOS, perimenopause, and menopause. I also enjoy helping clients understand the connection between their mind and body through psychoeducation about the nervous system, stress, hormones, and emotional regulation. As a bilingual therapist, I am committed to serving both English- and Spanish-speaking individuals with cultural sensitivity and respect. I value authenticity, collaboration, and continuous professional growth, and I strive to tailor therapy to each person's unique needs and goals. I believe that healing is not about becoming someone different—it's about rediscovering your strengths, embracing your authentic self, and moving forward with confidence and hope. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they create healthier, more fulfilling lives.
