I am a licensed psychologist who works with both adolescents and adults. I provide individual therapy for adolescents (ages 14 and up) and adults. I also offer parenting consultation and support for caregivers navigating the emotional and relational complexities of parenting. My practice integrates the following evidence-based approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). At their core, these approaches help people change their relationship to painful thoughts, emotions, and past experiences. This builds greater awareness, flexibility, and the ability to respond intentionally rather than reactively. Somatic awareness is an important part of my work, helping clients connect with their body’s signals in ways that support nervous system regulation. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming, with a focus on creating a safe, validating space that respects each client’s individuality, strengths, and lived experience.
