Introduction

I believe counseling is a place to become more yourself, not a different person. As a counselor and educator with lived experience navigating autism and ADHD, I bring both personal understanding and professional training to my work. I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan—from teenagers through elders—working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I'm particularly passionate about supporting those exploring open relationships and polyamory, as well as anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts who needs a compassionate, non-judgmental space. My person-centered, humanistic approach honors who you already are while creating room for growth and healing. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
