Introduction

Welcome! I'm glad you're taking this important step toward self-improvement. Starting therapy is a meaningful journey of self-discovery, and I look forward to working together to help you find positive changes in your daily life. I use evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support your goals. We'll collaborate to find what works best for you and move at a pace that feels right. I’ve been practicing for 14 years and specialize in treating PTSD. I work with individuals aged teens and adults, and offer both in-person and virtual sessions to fit your needs. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, tackling DIY projects around the house, and spending time with my family and our rough-coated collie, Lincoln.
