Hi, I’m Adam. I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck — especially those with ADHD or who struggle with focus, follow-through, and feeling like they’re not living up to their potential. This work is personal to me. I didn’t fully recognize my own ADHD until adulthood. For a long time, I was doing “well enough” on the surface — but underneath, I often struggled with consistency, motivation, and a lot of self-criticism. That experience shaped how I understand ADHD and how I work with clients today. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and motivated… but still find themselves overwhelmed, distracted, or caught in patterns of avoidance. Over time, this can lead to burnout and a quiet sense that something isn’t quite working. In our work together, we go beyond surface-level strategies. I help clients understand how their mind works, build awareness of patterns that keep them stuck, and develop practical ways to move forward — even when things feel hard. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in helping you live a fuller, more meaningful life — not just manage symptoms. If you’ve been feeling stuck or discouraged, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
