Introduction

Life can be incredibly difficult-and even tragic at times. Abrupt transitions, mental and physical illness, and a lack of direction can feel like overwhelming obstacles. We often need an outside perspective and a supportive environment to sort through our jumbled thoughts and emotions. Mental Health Counseling can provide this. Since 2016, I have been effectively treating anxiety, panic, OCD, and men's issues. More recently, I've expanded my clinical focus to include career concerns, relationship coaching, and social skills training. I offer a unique clinical perspective grounded in the philosophies of stoicism, existentialism, and mindfulness. By integrating these wisdom traditions, the insights of the social sciences, and the anxiety reducing benefits of EMDR I will help you to clarify your goals, gain insight, and build emotional resilience. I look forward to working with you. With the right tools and support, meaningful change is possible. Reach out today to schedule a no-cost consultation. Together, we’ll assess your needs and create a plan to help you realize your potential.
