In our first session, we'll take a gentle, low-pressure approach to getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, any past experiences with therapy, and what has or hasn’t worked for you. You set the pace, and together we’ll build a comfortable, non-judgmental environment. I tailor my work to each individual by encouraging open feedback, allowing us to adjust and shape the process to best meet your needs. I find it incredibly rewarding to witness clients grow and see meaningful change through their progress, feedback, and achievements. Outside of therapy, I'm also a professional vocalist and bassist, and I deeply believe that creativity fuels the soul. I bring that perspective into my work, honoring both expression and healing. To stay grounded, I prioritize balance, making time to rest, recharge, and engage in meaningful hobbies, so I can show up fully present for you.
