Introduction

I believe that meaningful progress in therapy starts with a strong therapeutic rapport. By fostering trust and connection, I help clients feel comfortable and confident in the work we do together. I began working as a therapist in 2016 and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Wisconsin. I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages, and am specialized in treating anxiety, depressive, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic space where my clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to be the best version of themselves. Every individual’s journey is unique, and I strive to tailor my approach to each client. My practice incorporates evidence-based modalities, including CBT, and I am recently trained in EMDR therapy to support the processing of trauma and distressing experiences.
