Introduction

Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed, lost, or unsure of how to navigate life's challenges? Do anxiety, depression, or parenting concerns seem too heavy to manage on your own? Life can be tough, and when you’re dealing with stress, trauma, or uncertainty, it can feel like you’re carrying a weight that never lets up. I’m here to offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can be heard, find relief, and gain the clarity you need to move forward. Together, we can explore your emotions, process your pain, and develop the tools you need to heal and grow. I specialize in helping those who have experienced trauma, struggle with behavioral or attachment concerns, those grappling with anxiety, grief, and the overwhelming pressures of everyday life as well as those experiencing perinatal mood concerns or parenting stress. I am certified in TFCBT and PCIT and am trained in EMDR and Inference-based CBT for OCD.
