Hello, my name is Adrienne. I am a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I have a strong passion for supporting marginalized groups. Specifically, my work tailors to the lived experiences of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, and individual with disabilities. I enjoy supporting my clients in searching for empowerment, curiosity, and autonomy. I utilize a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to meet my clients where they are at. I strive to create a space that feels warm, safe, and empowering. My goal is to cultivate a therapeutic environment where you can externalize your emotions, gently take risks, and move toward growth at your own pace. I believe that healing begins with curiosity, openness, and heartwork. I also believe that you are the storyteller of your own world. My role is not to rewrite your story, but to walk alongside you as we navigate moments of writer’s block, make sense of challenging chapters, and celebrate the ones that reflect your strength, resilience, and growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Community Resiliency Model (CRM), and Mindfulness. Together, we can aim to focus on building insight and practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change.
