Do you ever feel like you’re carrying a lot but trying to keep it all together? Many women are balancing work, family, relationships, and everyday responsibilities while quietly dealing with anxiety, stress, or burnout. Teens can also feel a lot of pressure from school, friendships, and expectations that can sometimes feel overwhelming. When life starts to feel heavy or out of balance, having a safe and supportive place to talk can make a big difference. I work with women and teens who are navigating anxiety, depression, family stress, and major life transitions. My counseling style is warm, honest, and empowering. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a team effort—where we can talk openly, set meaningful goals, and work together toward creating positive change. I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel overly formal or intimidating. I value real conversation, honesty, and even a little humor along the way so you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. With experience in family therapy and Multisystemic Therapy, I enjoy helping teens and families work through challenges, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping and communicating.
