Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with experience helping people navigate substance addiction and recovery as well as stressful life circumstances and transitions. I help individuals find a way for recovery to work for them. I’ve been a registered yoga teacher since 2014 and have additional training in trauma sensitive yoga. Yoga has been a big part of my own wellness and I’m honored to bring that into therapy sessions through breath and body awareness. I find fulfillment and gratitude through witnessing my clients’ journey to wellness, authenticity, and self-compassion. In session, I value honesty, curiosity, and humor and aim to create a nonjudgmental space where healing and exploration can take place.
