I’m a South Asian queer therapist who believes that everyone should have access to healing, and that none of us should have to do it alone. I work with folks who are carrying pain that others may not always see—trauma, burnout, chronic illness, and complex medical trauma, or the weight of heavy old wounds. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly heard, believed, and supported. Our sessions will include talking openly, at your pace, and in ways that are tailored to you. Along with warmth and compassion, I use approaches that help us focus on what is most important to you, whether that is making sense of your story, building coping tools, navigating generational trauma, working through relationships or life transitions, or simply just figuring out how to exist in a way that feels like you. I have experience supporting folks with various identities, especially people whose identities or health experiences have been oppressed, ignored, or misunderstood. Understanding your culture and environment allows me to ensure the space we co-create is made truly for you. When you’re ready to share your story and feel less alone in it, I’ll be here to walk alongside you.
