Introduction

Hello, and welcome. My name is Aesha Page, and I am a licensed psychotherapist, trauma-informed therapist, and relationship specialist passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My journey into counseling was deeply shaped by my own life experiences, including overcoming adversity, grief, emotional wounds, and major life transitions. These experiences gave me a deep compassion for people who are hurting and inspired my commitment to helping others find healing, purpose, and transformation. I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have experience working in private practice, community mental health, crisis intervention, and substance abuse treatment settings. My approach is holistic and client-centered, meaning I believe true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit working together in alignment. I specialize in helping individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, emotional dysregulation, attachment wounds, stress, grief, life transitions, and identity-related concerns. I also provide faith-based support for clients who desire to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the therapeutic process. My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, emotionally focused techniques, psychoeducation, and strength-based interventions. Rather than only focusing on symptoms or behaviors, I work collaboratively with clients to explore the deeper root causes that may be impacting their emotional well-being and relationships. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Healing is not about perfection — it is about growth, self-awareness, and learning how to move forward with greater clarity, emotional balance, and purpose. I believe meaningful change happens when individuals are given the tools, insight, and support needed to rediscover their value and build healthier patterns in their lives. Whether you are navigating emotional pain, unresolved trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, my hope is to help you move toward healing, wholeness, and lasting transformation.
