I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).If you've experienced a trauma recently or many years ago, these experiences may continue to impact you in the present: physically, emotionally, psychologically and relationally. Used in combination with mindfulness and somatic awareness, EMDR is a powerful approach to healing that is safe, highly effective, and evidence-based.
