Introduction

I am passionate about supporting my clients and empowering you to move toward the hopes and dreams you hold for your life. Traumatic experiences and ongoing stressors can create chaos, confusion, and emotional overwhelm. I believe deeply in a trauma‑informed approach that honors the impact of these experiences and helps you integrate them into a more grounded, connected, and fulfilling life story. I have advanced training in working with military‑connected populations—including active duty service members, reservists, veterans, spouses, and family members—and I am honored to walk alongside this community as they navigate healing, transition, and reconnection. I also bring specialized training in couples work, including completion of an externship in Emotionally Focused Couple’s Therapy and Level I training in the Gottman Method. These evidence‑based modalities allow me to support couples facing communication challenges, conflict cycles, life transitions, and disconnection. I am passionate about the power of relationships and enjoy helping partners rebuild safety, strengthen emotional bonds, and create lasting connection in the midst of a fast‑paced and demanding world. My counseling style is grounded in a person‑centered foundation that prioritizes authenticity, validation, and honest collaboration. I work from an integrative lens, drawing from cognitive‑behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic‑focused approaches, and psychodynamic principles. I believe counseling is a dynamic, individualized process, and I tailor my interventions to meet you exactly where you are. I offer both in‑person and online sessions to support accessibility and comfort. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC #19054) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC #1727597). I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2023 and previously completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2020. Before becoming a counselor, I worked in community mental health as a quality assurance specialist, gaining valuable experience in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and systems‑level support.
