A lot of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still feel caught in cycles of overthinking, anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship stress. You might understand your patterns, but still feel stuck when it comes to actually changing them. I help individuals and couples slow things down, make sense of what’s going on underneath it all, and start to feel more grounded and connected in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and body-based practices to support real, lasting change in a way that feels natural to you. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself without pressure or judgment.
